We arrived to sun, no wind, and packed powder. We skied down to the Jeff Flood express with perfect softening powder. Next we skied down to the Molly express also with perfect softening powder. Next we skied down to the Stormin Norman express and skied into the HUGE terrain park with BIG Olympic Games-type terrain and softening packed powder (the phrase of the day!). We then rode the Magic Mile express and skied all the way down past Stormin Norman and down the Kruser to the base of Jeff Flood -- a great 2200' run with mixed terrain. Then repeat the cycle on all the express lifts.... No lift lines plus sun and softened terrain. WOW! It will not be long before the Palmer express is running to the top of the area. You can then ski ALL the way down for a 3730' run. WOW, WOW!
They are open daily until May 28th. Then the summer pass is expensive.
We have our backcountry equipment for off piste days or on the weekend.
