Spring arrived with a dusting of powder, sunshine, and warm temperatures. We used our Powder Alliance passes for tickets. Sunday is their last day for the season. Groomers were the best choice, but after 1pm the other slopes were also getting used. Jill and I are now spring skiers. We are hooked and wait for the slopes to heat up. With the northwest exposure the snow pack is big and you can ski everywhere. The roads on the south end of Lake Tahoe need 'highway friends' to take care of the many potholes, some big enough to do actual damage! Jill looks at the scenery and I watch the road for the big potholes.
