This is the start of our 4th ski trip this season. Heading south to OR and CA for some spring skiing using our various passes for free tickets.
The day started with 2” overnight and mild temperatures. It was spring conditions with “creamy” snow.
The sky was overcast, and we skied the Molly's, Jeff Flood, and Stormin Norman lifts all of which are high speeds. Skiing 2” of creamy, untracked snow was really fun. The Magic Mile was closed due to the overcast sky. Jill noticed a “BIG” dark cloud coming are way. In the distance you could see the rain hitting the area. It was time to stop and head to the campervan before we got wet. We got in the van and within 5 minutes it was drizzling. Great morning, perfect way to start the trip.
