Got tired of waiting for Whistler's Alpine to open so went over and played at Blackcomb. The steeps were in as skiable shape as they have ever been! Everything was filled in, rocks covered, and soft powder from 4-10" covered everything. Skied Saphire
Bowl with a tray of Martini's and didn't spill a drop. Visability challenged every so often but always got better. After three runs on Glacier and Spankeys moved back to Whistler for a late lunch. Hit Whistler Bowl/Shale Slope in 50/50 vis but with perfect snow and small bumps. Finished with a 5 star run down Peak to Peak Trees/Dusty's Decent. It was warm at the bottom but the snow was smooth and fast. Looks like the start of a great week!
