Variable weather day, kinda like a fireman’s hose spouting water with no fireman holding on….Snowing hard from Greenwater to the F lot when I arrived at 8:15, blue sky and sun up towards the King, by 8:45 when the lifts started loading it was snowing hard, 9:15 the sun was shinning in Green Valley, 9:45 it was snowing hard again, 10:30 the snow had slowed down and the fog started blowing around from one area to another on the front side…..just about everything. It was cold, but no real winds. Not many folks around. 4 to 6” inches of very nice snow – good for the groomers and north facing slopes, not so good on the south facing slopes. Sadly the next round of sickness for me kicked in again today, so it was a very short day.

Other – No soup report…didn’t make it CB lodge. Parking nice and the A lot was about all of it. No lift lines, no crowds, private ski area today.

Really nice groomers early. A Basin was smooth, fresh and totally untracked all afternoon. Not deep but sweet.

I'm lost- need my GPS to navigate this thread. PS - the soup was again chicken curry but there was no rice and it really wasn't great.
