...an unexpected powder day, top to bottom...some of the deepest "5 inches" I have seen in a while...TREE-men-dus out South, especially in Damn Fine, Eliz Creek and OB-Boondoggle...lots of pillow bashing after some quick hiking...

...20 turns total from top of C6 thru chute 1.0 to bottom of chair, super quick with reliable snow....patrol has removed some of the gates atop C6 (courtesy of the big ol' wet dump from midweek)...

...as mentioned, the front side's M-Forest+Gully held excellent snow that caused 3x repeats......really didn't see much effects of the big mid-week rain.....every now and then you could feel the 5-8" atop crust...only whoops was under Rock Face where the avalanche-balls were very hard and very big...

...always nice to cruise into A lot...as mrs smooth once commented: "the 1st year in A lot was a luxury, now it's a necessity"...

...today exceeded all expectations...very happy...

What's the going rate these days? My name came up about 10 years ago, but couldn't fit the 475$ into the budget.

From the looks of the usually empty pay lot, they could sell a lot more, or, move up the poor people about 6 rows.

Too much and I'm embarrassed to say..I've often wondered why don't sell more myself.
