Happily back to Spring weather for the last weekend….big crowd of 10 or so folks loaded CHex at 8:30….LS and Valley/MIFB were great early soft groomers, by 9:30 Bearpits and SunnySide were prime fun soft – bumps are getting really big in places. PB was just getting good in the center area around noon. Rocks are showing on MIFB and the top of HC (plus probably other areas I didn’t notice). Did get sticky in places around the bottom of REX and getting out of BP area. Skid Road (new name?) actually skied pretty nice on my run to the base. Crowd was light for a sunny Saturday, no real lift lines but there was a continuous flow of folks on the lifts – lots of very happy and very “retro” folks for today’s theme party….we left before the band fired up at the base, but the patio was full and happy loud. #1 and the Coombas both had great fun today. Only one day left!
Other – Another bonus day at CB lodge…Chicken Noodle again…what a season ending finish! Parking in the A lot was typical with widely spaced rows in B and C at least to the shuttle stops in both.
