It was a powder day. The temperatures were in the teems with a slight breeze and there was 12” overnight. The locals were out in force, and it was a fun morning. My Icelantic Shaman skis were fantastic. We have skied here for years, and it was easy to find the areas that were deep. I moved around and saw lines that required cliff jumps to ski – those I avoided, but it was fun to see where folks could get to and ski. It was a great powder morning. I got on the 12:30pm bus to get back to the van. By 2:30pm we were on the road and heading home.
