70/30 day today. the parking lot was in glorious condition, lift lines light, chinese downhill entertainment, saw el sol and stayed with my group.

what a fantastic week of really different days. beautiful setting exploring and de-forming the slopes northwest of Denny Mt. the snow was fun too

Friday night (01.15) was pretty decent. Snow held up and even softened a bit during the evening. That fog band though. Not for the meek, or those without sonar equipped goggles.

Slash and bash, swoosh and sploosh, huck and tuck - no matter how you cut it, today was good. A big day on the little hill made better by light crowds and one very well-timed gate opening.
