Crystal - 01/08

Not sure if this belongs here or in the backcountry column but did four drops into the Park yesterday off the ridge from Snorting Elk around to the Lucky Shot traverse(the famous 205 runs) and all were superb with boot to knee deep cold smoke, best along the south tree lines. Good skin tracks out. The wind of last week blew all the fresh in there and it stayed with the low sun. Really great skiing.

myikat speaks the truth - the skiing around 205 was fine indeed - here is the man himself...

Sorry in my hamster world I didn't mention the rumor I heard in the CB lodge (got distracted by the Chichen Noodle soup) that the Park had been done happily in the morning and well worth a few more in the afternoon....I'm so sad that I'm just to much of a hamster....Great pic and great skiing!
