Monday Dec. 7th, Whistler

Good snow mid mountain, tracked out fast, you had to poke around. Waited for an hour to be one of the first up Harmony, and it was worth it! 2 feet of nice floaty pow. The Peak threatened to open but didn't. Three feet of new up there waiting to get tracked but may turn to mank before it gets ridden.
I actually love mank, being from Washington, and had fun on the lower mid mountain skiing deep rain slop over rocks on chairline of Big Red Express. When it's steep enough you can have fun smushing over it.

Been waiting to hear an alpine report! You skied Upper Insanity. Lower Insanity starts right at the top of the Gondola. Well done. If you're still there you should ski all that powder then mank down Peak to Creek then walk out the bottom!
