Another crisp morning kept the high alpine in perfect shape. High steeps were all the firm, chalky, edgeable stuff we all want. Later in the day clouds appeared with some snow squalls and bad lighting. Mid mountain groomers were pretty much perfect almost all day as the grooming kept them nice until the temperatures provided some warming and softening. Man made slush on the bottom. No more ski out at Creekside.

I don't normally talk about food, but with 50 percent off food with my pass (plus the American Dollar discount) I've been enjoying it all! Today on my bacon/cheese organic chicken burger I got to choose between Sriracha/Mayo...Chipotle/Barbecue.... and Tarragon/Something for my sauce. Vegi choices were roasted red pepper, onion, jalapenos, dill pickles, lettuce.....And yes - the buns were toasted.

For pictures...Some years just looking down the Blowhole scares me to death. Today I skied it with a tray of Martinis in one hand without spilling a drop! Lower Sapphire was perfect as well. ( I don't do the death defying ramp from the top).

Going to Cowboy Ridge on Wednesday and hoping the good powder has stayed good.
