Late report for what its worth…another sad cold winter day in April! Lots of cold sun, lots of big perfect mid winter groomer screamers, lots of nice piled up cold winter snow on the protected shady slopes (West Face areas), lots of happy hard core Hamsters – huh whats with that? A little cluster of folks at times late morning, but no real lift line by the time I quit. Had fun as usual, talked to many happy folks, tried to keep up with the Ferk Machine (no standing around today), had my biggest yard sale this season in Ann’s run (still cant figure out how it happened, but it was pretty big – multiple IB worth, even got some concern from the folks on the lift???? Pretty funny).
Other – Soup at the top was Tomato with a Cheese sandwich for $14 ????? Ouch oh me…did looks nice…but!! Pay lot was nice and small which kept the A lot not totally full. Lots of sun, easy fast drive up and down, arrived half hour later today and still got first bucket. Sounds like only 10 more days or so…or maybe another week if Crystal accountants can make up their minds…Sounds like no spring season at Crystal…Sounds like Whistler is coming soon!
