Beautiful bluebird light wind cool day! Rode up the first tram at 920. Skied Liberty, slightly refrozen and cut up from yesterday. Then no lifts running on the south side and only the cat track to the bottom was open. Next tram ride was a half hour wait. Skied Marx, similar conditions but at least it led to the Lone Pine triple. Softer north facing lines were available there by a long traverse. Sunny lunch on Andesite Peak then sugary snow groomers. A short skin in Beehive drainage provided views of big mountains and big houses in breakable crust over 6-8" of slush. Grouchy about conditions but wow the scenery is nice.
