Despite freeze thaw conditions the morning groomers were not as hard as the last few days. Surprisingly, the snow in Frenchmans, and on warm springs stayed in very good high.speed skiing condition. Very edgeable but didn't get too slushy in most places. Off piste isothermic mush and un skiable except on skier groomed runs like Frenchmans. Things did bump up some in the afternoon making our 36,000 vert day good enough. Old man racers all over the hill...and a few women. They call them Masters and their skis are long and funny looking.
