March 14, 2015 Snowbird UT (Bluebird vid)

At Snowbird for the Collegiate Freeride Tour #2. Tough season as we all know, here we are in March and this is the 1st comp that we have entered that has not been either postponed or cancelled.

Skiing, well, it was ok. Low snow though plenty to ski. Very icy on the groomed runs in the AM, saw a number of long slides next to out venue by the GP.

Venue conditions were better, chalky snow. Kids tore it freaking up. All college age. 7 huge hits including this one by my son and athlete Graham Griffin. In 6th place, just .03 behind 4th place and within striking distance of the podium.

Finals tomorrow on Silver Fox. Very boney, but the kids will kill it. Oh and by the way to share some girl power, 4 girls also hit the bottom cliff from the left angle. A much smaller hit, but it fuckin rocked.

Hey bF, I miss you, Q and the whole Lot 4 crew. Thanks man, it has been tough. Crested Butte in two weeks.

Amazing skiing again today. I got some great footage of a number of skiers that I will share in a few days.

Huge hits and amazing skiing.

The CFT is taking this game to a new level.
