2/20/15 - Crystal’s Green Valley was nice with 4 inches of new snow from Thursday’s “dump” to soften things up a touch. Lots of fun once we dropped below the fog zone at the top where there was only 10 foot vis, but that cleared up as the morning went on. We took a few runs on GV side, then out to the Elk for a turn, where the new snow hid the icy bumps underneath. Not the most pleasant of ski conditions (in Kerry’s opinion) but Tom yummed it up and had more fun than her. We alternated between GV and Elk until the thighs gave out and we called it a day. Actually saw The Mountain peak peeking thru the clouds a couple of time. TomK & Kerry
