Feb 11 2015, Crystal's GV's where winter is hiding

2/11/15 – Wednesday at Crystal’s Green Valley which is the only place in WA that winter is still on the ground.  Snow cover in the valley was pretty normal but it had gotten pretty firm overnight and never did soften up much under the high overcast sky so we stuck to the groomer paths all morning.           Both Rainer and Mount St. Helens were visible so that was a nice tourist bonus.  Not too bad for a party with about 75 people up there with the A lot only half full by noon.  TomK & Kerry
