Crystal - 12/28

Check check...will it work?  First three runs were my Helli day...rest great, others had many many more Helli runs.  Soup - Triple C again.  Lots full to E with cars in F. 

So got the first part to work...rest of the story, pretty big crowd early, bucket line was huge, arrived around 7:45 to a huge pay lot...they tried but did not fill their space. Lots of folks in the lodges when I left. Not really very bad REX lines, but heard bad things about GV. Passed through FQex during late morning rush and it was not to painfull. HC line when I looked at it was bigger than my wait time, but probably moved pretty fast. Heard big things about lines off the top of E! Kept some folks in bounds. First tracks down SunnySide this morning was Great! Looking forward to some nice sunny days this week - south should still have some big stuff.

Had a long post, for me anyway, but the north koreans ate it. The short version-- You Missed Out-- About 12:00 chair 6 was running slow. A mechanic shows up an climbs in to the motor shed and does something. They restart and a real loud cat fight starts up in the motor. The shut down quick. We split. Hope it is not the fatal flaw.

Great snow up high, good snow over a heavy sub layer lower. Skied out to nice packed pow but some icy spots showing. Horrible 410 traffic going up because there was slushy snow in the other lane. But the crowd was easy to outsmart and find a chair with a minimal line. Still need snow but sounds like we’re getting cold sun.
