Mostly, Windy Saddle would be referred to when taking about hiking out to the Microwave towers. The slopes that drop onto the cat track above Toketie/Tillicum/Skookum are usually referred to as Upper Toke or Upper Skook. The run it sounds like you took is the start of the Super G race course. I would say "I skied off Windy and down Upper Toke". This will help if you talk to someone familiar with the area.
