We received 4” over night and as we arrived at the area another 1”.  Parking fee is $10.  We had some Shell Ski Free coupons and received a 2 for 1 adult ticket. Another ski resort but on a smaller scale then Breckenridge. The mountain is divided into beginner, intermediate and expert terrains.  Each area has terrain that meets the user's ability.  A few expert runs were closed for races.  The expert lines were at 12,441'.  The top lifts were double, triple and surface lifts.  The upper terrain is above the trees, but 75% of the terrain is tree-lined and the lifts there are 6 pack and 5 high speed quads.  It was a great area that could take days to ski. They offer free Snowcast Access, from 10am to 1:30pm on select days, to ski Tucker Mountain.  Or you can hike from Union Peak lifts.  It was a great day with lots of powder skiing. Tomorrow is a Saturday and the crowds will arrive and so it's time to move out.

Great to hear you guys are out adventuring around the country. How are you doing? It sounds like you're having a great time.

We were having fun until Jill started a cold and still has it. So we drove home. Being old and retired has the ability of having time to get healed and go. ;)
