February 18, 2014 Snowbasin,UT

We are missing the 6-10 feet of powder last week and now in the Cascades because we needed to drive to Wolf Creek Pass, CO to see our NH kids and family.  The kids have midwinter break.

We used some of our free tickets and skied at Snowbasin in great sun, but it was ICY.  Our trip there last month had nice groomers with packed powder and sun. We skied for 2 hours and it was still ICY and even the locals were leaving. We left with them.  There's a storm coming tomorrow in the Cottonwood range so we are heading a bit south.
