Chair was six closed most of the week and the official word from patrol yesterday was "it's not skiing very well". But then today, it's open. Lends credence to the theories they've cut back on personnel and/or are just saving some snow for the bigger crowds on weekends. Bet getting off the top is terrible, but Powder Bowl looked in pretty good shape.

Went up today, would not have felt gyped if I had bought a ticket. Great day, pretty much the same as Friday from reading the TR, except 6 was open and lapping PB right down the center chute was a nice change from corn on the sunny sides. If I motivate after the Zags game I will post ups pics. I took many pics of the snow conditions. Did not check soup, IPA was Sierra Nevada at Campbell Basin Lodge.
