January 11,2014 Mission Ridge

The morning telemetry, and reports did not sound all that great, but we went anyway. The drive up looked grim, same with the parking lot, but we went anyway. Thanks to the wind, around 35 or 40 on top most of the day, wind packed new and it skied great. In classic form by 14:00 there was no one on the slopes and the skiing was getting better every run, might be even nicer tomorrow. With all the wind, in bounds might be the best bet anyway.

Yay, go Hawks! I don't even know who they're playing. Ben and I scored the first chair on the Liberator. Nice that they opened some more off piste terrain, trees between Lemolo and Maggie's were great.
Tomorrow will probably be nice, it looks like it's still puking up there.

Getting some turns Bobby? Are you coming over here this season? I still need to take advantage of my free Summit midweek skiing this year. Although I think Alpy may scare me.
