Expected to see a BB report? - Oh well here is my long winded report - Gotta say it was another Goldie Locks kinda day – not to firm early, perfect grooming of Lucky, perfect natural grooming of GV Bowl (first run, sucked me in), IceFerkBerg ungroomed but soft enough first run and only got better. Did Beartpits – wish we had done it even earlier than we did – great in the narrow slots, a little more effort lower down in the open, did one Door mostly good, did some Memorial to SunnySide runs (top of Sunnyside was another sweet perfect natural groomed line, lower parts of both probably could have had more traffic – but the Coombas were talking it up big. Finished my short day with three REX chair line runs – oh so nice fast soft and smooth, OUCH! Wanted to do a lot more. Sadly life in the lowlands called me back to early today. Tomorrow will be a start to finish day.
Other – Jumped into the bucket line a little after 8, it was growing by 8:30. Got a nice quiet ride with Mat in the first bucket, the next were all full crowds. Base lodge was locked up tight when I arrived, Taco truck was getting ready, think I noticed the lodge was open when I left. No real lift lines today other than the few times we did the Valley. REX was having some issues on a couple of rides ??? late morning. Heard there wasn’t any Chicken Noodle today, but don’t know if there is any soup being served. Lots of wind on the top kept things from getting to hot (or mucky in places). Still could ski to the base when I left. A lot was completely full, with over flow into C and a couple of rows in B. Lots of walkers going up for the views – the views were big. Crystal should have been happy with the day trippers. Fun day, glad I went, glad the season is not over, glad a lot of other “hardcores” didn’t show up to crowd the lift lines.

Just adding to DDK's Sat. report . It was actually better than what he said. The snow did not get sticky . The north side of GV was premo all day, as was Snorting Elk. Westface needed a couple of hours and then stayed great. Even certain areas of the front side were fun fun fun till I bagged it about 1:30. Had the Hawaiian shirt on from about 10:00 0n. Just a superb spring day at CM.
