The no April Fools day report - Another sunny day, another big slush cup day, a very empty mountain day. Baking slopes started getting nice early again today. Best was PB/BP’s again with GV Bowl a close second. Lots of soft muck every where else. Rocks starting to pop out in places – top of HC. Very fast pace day with CD. Another figure eight day – a run somewhere on REX and then a HC cycle and repeat. Some of the flat areas got a little more sticky late, some of the best corn type snow was skier right side of PB. Skier left side was a nice free fall bumped up slush cup by 9:30 (probably actually even earlier).
Other – Soup was Loaded Potato again with Minestrone the backup soup. A parking lot got sort of full with some overflow towards C. Very warm riding the lifts with no wind. Heard that NW lift will not be running this week and next weekend will be its last for the season. Another fun day in the sun, clouds starting to puff up when I left at 3pm.
