Smooth skiing on a few new inches of snow. Sidecountry leftovers from yesterday's crowd were still nice. Conditions got too warm and heavy for us around 1pm when it was 38 degrees at the base. After a nap and with the enthusiasm of my senior sitters, we enjoyed ripping some groomed slopes until 830pm when we adjourned to the bar for a debrief of the day. Nash gate opened at 1pm or so, but the heavy snow deterred us.

Nice, way to take it deep in to the night!

Nash gate did open about 1 and was amazing. Top 1000 vertical skied as nice as anything I have skied all year. One run down DD and second down Wallstreet, nothing but 1st tracks.

Last 500 feet turned heavy, but like my riding partner said "would rather ski heavy fresh then the chop". Agreed!!
