A great recovery from the last 3-4 weeks of icy south facers and limited north-facing aspect. Some icy bones showing through here and there, but generally it's go anywhere snow again. Two downers, however. First was Rex sequencer going out at 9:00 crashing every chair, making a horrible thumping sound, and shutting it down for 2 hours. Second was goggle-clogging freezing fog on the upper mountain. Once through the 15 minute Gondy line to get to Mountain Top, we had the place to ourselves for 2 hours. Northway was a fog-free zone, as often happens, and excellent snow. When Rex reopened around 11-ish, the hordes found Northway, and we found Employee Housing's great snow and I-5 in good shape. No lines on Rex the rest of the day, and the Frontside is back in prime form. Just at quitting time, the fog lifted for a non-stop T2B Exterminator. Last weekend for most of the ski schools and the snow is back.
