Very nice day, lots of sun, big views, screamer groomers early and a lot of Central Express and Lower International/Sessel hamster runs today. Fairly warm and no winds made for a pleasant day. Small crowd even though Seattle public schools were closed today. Sunny slopes west of the Central terrain park had soft spring corn as did heavily skied parts of Edelweiss bowl. Debbies Gold and Sessel were well groomed dust on Formica, occasionally providing nice foot massage. Off piste looked challenging, even for our friend with Salomon Rocker2 120mm skis.
The summit patio on Chair 2 provided warm sunny space for bread, wine, cheese, fruit and surprise pork tenderloin (thanks to Stimbuck whose birthday it was!) Summit House at Crystal and European huts had nothing on Alpental lunch dining today.
