Big winds kept the Gondy and Six closed all day. Skiing with mi esposa kept me on FQ most of the day. With the leash off, Doors 1 and 3 were soft and deep but firm underneath, Sunnyside and Gully were variable deep or windswept down to the hardpack with no perception of what each turn would deliver. Exit run at 3:30 was a lazy E; upper was very nice; lower firm bumps with enough soft to make it tolerable. Snowing hard most of the day and all the way down to Mud Mt. Sunday should be nice if the winds die down. I did not check the soup but tried a Latin dish called something like xxxxxquixxxx that was almost inedible. Bring back the Taco Salad por favor. Lots were pretty full but no lines on FQ or Rex. Next up; looking at Tuesday.

Yup, winds, I found the skiing good all over and when the ropes got dropped on North, I just happened to be on top of spook hill with all the wind transported snow, shin to knee deep, I could still feel the bottom, but it was good for this old dog. People were real nice as they waited for the rope to drop at gate one, I had to go out the employee housing, all the way out, watch it down low, but the snow up high was real good. I will just say the young pros are in real good shape, I am not. they made easy work of a real hard exit. Today should be a good one out South.
