lifts open, 5/4?

any mtns within a few hrs of Seattle going to be spinning the lifts tomorrow, 5/4? looks like some substantial snow has fallen past 24 hr at Crystal, think they'll open?, and would love to get one more POWDER day this season.

Blackcomb is only 5 hrs away and they'll be spinning tomorrow - start time 10am, could pull out of Seattle area at 4am....ha ha...otherwise Timberline, a little less drive time but the skiing is not as big. Otherwise with no effort on your part you will have to wait till Saturday - I'll be at Crystal for the morning at least before heading north for some nice warm sunny days.

Yeah no lifts, but if you want a real big day nothing holds ya back from putting on some skins and getting some blood flowing and posting a report about the details of every run, how the conditions are, If the lots are full, or if it's crowded in May
I can tell ya they were grooming GV, Ice Ferks, Lucky Weds.

Stevens is - on my walk to work, saw some lucky souls tossing gear in the car...

Stevens was. Skied onto all running lifts all day. Found lines of untracked all day. Sunbreaks and snow showers all day.
The only downside is my wife caught an edge on the first run and reinjured her left medial collateral ligament. She refused to relent and did four more runs before finally admitting that she was in pain and needed to stop.
