Nice big sunny start to the day, light early crowd, great smooth groomers early, nice packed pow in PB and GV bowls, plus Floyd's Finger/Bruce’s Bowl/Paradise Bowl – with very fun bumps at the bottom of NW lift a chair line. BP’s was a little lumpy but Outer Ferks hard skier right was very nice packed pow. One Door run kept me from repeating and also kept me from ever trying the front side of REX. Some broken clouds slowed any sun melt today on the main mountain. So the hamster run of the day was PB. Checked to see what the soups of the day were…and I was amazed by the crowd in the CB lodge – packed with long lines to get food and longer lines to pay for it – soups today the same as always, Cheddar Brocc and Vegy Beef Barley (where is that Chick Noodle?). Pay lot huge again today and just as empty as normal when I left, C full, B pretty dang full….Crystal should be happy with a weekend like crowd on a Friday. Think the hardcores all went out way south, could see some nice lines as the day progressed. Heard that Thursday was a great left over day from the big Wednesday.

Big day for me also...got my first 410 run in, thanks Joe ;D Off the backside and straight down. Beautiful steep fall line powder....then bushwack( Cascade grade B-) to the road.

The 5 mile trip along 410 to Crystal Boulevard went quickly ;) and a friend had driven my truck down to meet us. ;D Thanks Wayne.

Fantastic but some serious avy terrain back there.

Before that spent the day in the Crystal sun skiing the sidecountry....great sunny day. Thanks Crystal.
