Very nice Monday, light early crowd, big A lot pay space – still pretty empty at the end of the day, big bright sun, cold early, 3 to 4 new fluffy sparkly diamond snow in the sun. First run down a Door – very fun, next run down a totally untracked PB even better. Groomers looked nice today and finally did a few during the afternoon and they were still pretty nice. Very warm on HC early, allowed for a few chair line runs I haven’t done in a few years – also fun. Finally got the number one spouse into PB during the afternoon, she had a could time also. Bounced around REX and GV during the later part of the afternoon, didn’t find much that was bad for me. Few light snow showers falling during the day, some clouds filtered the sun at times, but there was a lot of very nice quality light. No crowds on the lifts or on the slopes. No rocks to be found anywhere. Checked the soups – Tomato, Mushroom and “Broccoli” Cheddar, don’t know what kind of Power Bars were being eaten on the lifts. It was a nicer day than I expected, we both had a lot of fun – how unusual. A lot had cars and so did C, B looked pretty empty.
