March 10 th Shames

Hooked up with Lee Lau and his wife Sharon today for some touring.
Dropped Prayer Flags then went across the valley and toured up an area called No Dogs to access the ridge and ski an area called Cats( hence No Dogs).
Met some splitters on the ridge who had dug a pit and we shared info and decided to stay in the trees( avy danger is rated high).
Skied back down No Dogs ....soo much snow, tress banked with the stuff, never seen so much snow in my life EVAR.....fun skiing.
Toured back up to the top of the ski are and called it quits.
Lodge soup was beef and barley and car park was full with only 30 vehicles!
