Crystal, lodging recommendations

Recently moved to Seattle and looking to spend a few days, mid-week, skiing Crystal. Lot of driving for day trip so checking out options for night or two stay. Any recommendations on places near the mtn, spots to avoid, with or w/out lift tickets Ok.

Also, purchased the Snoqualmie pass with five days at Crystal...any way to use those for somebody else....probably not, but worth asking.

Pretty limited options up here. The Alpine Inn combines lodging, apre and fine dinning. Host Dee Paterson is a great to work with. You'll find an eclectic mix of locals and weekenders in Snorting Elk Bar and Deli. Best experience is mid week. The Alpine Inn The other option is rent an RV and hang out in B Lot.
