Compared to all of the ski areas SeaTac was remarkably uncrowded, lots of room to schelp gear to the curbside check in, preprinted boarding pass made check in and TSA a breeze, although I did forget to remove my belt. Good news: no icky search. Line at Starbucks was short, though not very efficient. Why is it the airport concession charges 50% more and doesn't support the iPhone app. Cards are so cumbersome. I am tempted to bring a stove and boil a nice cup-pa. Very few express passengers, although every seat was full. SouthWest snacks were tasty as usual, might be nice if the Gondola crew could pass out little bags of treats to each car. Avis was kinda like the chair going down on a pow day. Did ya think there might be a lot of people based on the number of reservations. Then the frequent flyer who needs each damage wavier explained several times, REALLY. I70 is a continuing example of states that know how to deal with snow, although there hasn't been much. Looking forward to Beaver Creek tomorrow. They got over a foot last week so there might be some hidden stashes waiting for me. Backcountry sounds more like crampons than skins.

Gee....never thought about airport reports before! I had some recent short TSA's lines - but those scanner things - take it out off and empty everything....I might start going through the lugage path. And Salt Lake? Seemed pretty cramped, small, old, crowded, weird (all the lugage X-ray machined are right in the middle of the check in area - lordy lordy - radiation in sky when your flying and radiation all over the airport, and high altitude radiation at the ski areas and....what kinda soup did you see? I70 ????? good? have you ever seen it during rush hour (all morning and all afternoon on a weekend - or pow day). hhhmmm....I'm kinda glad I dont live in Denver, especially if I still worked. Hope BC is fun, I know they have some fine hindin places.

Glad I can support Vail Corp. Mid mountain salad bowl $14.50, although I did get 4 hardboiled eggs, add a coffee and the total was $21.50 AND I didn't even get a kiss. On the other hand groomers were fast and uncrowded, bumps very carve able. Best show of the day was mid morning cat convoy. How many do you count ?
