Thinking of possibly hitting up Alpental this weekend, which is VertFest. Is the place a madhouse during this time? Should I go elsewhere if I want to actually ski?

Doubt it will be any busier than a regular busy Saturday, lessons are going on.

Negative, no consequetive week lessons this weekend. With new snow, will still be busy and 120 more folk isn't going to make a huge difference really.

We thought it'd be a mad house too but I've never seen a shorter line on chair 2 on the weekend!
