Today was take the grandsons to Central for their ski lessons. The conditions were great packed powder and the groomers were enjoyable. I darted off piste a bit and noticed the crust was a lot deeper in the snowpack. My fat skis skimmed above and through the thin crust easily. I think the cool temperatures along with sunshine added to the great day on the slopes. The alpenglow at 5pm was spectacular. Even in the early evening, the slopes were still in great shape. The expert opinion expressed by our grandsons " we really like Parachute".
