Went with the" boys" today. The road conditions were much improved today. The line-up at Big Chief/Kerhrs chair was back to the lodge . It appears the masses headed up Double Diamond for the backside but that left the front side to a few of us. After 8 untracked runs on the front, I headed to the backside confident the boys would have broken the traverse. Just like clockcwork the trail was "in" and it was cycle time on the back side. My body surrendered at 2pm and I waited in the lodge for the youth to wear themselves out. Cool temps with about a foot of new, constant snow flurries and low winds made for another epic day. DaveP was capturing some of the "white rooms". This is getting habit forming. Nice to meet Zack on the chair.
