The report said 11" overnight, 10" more during the day, temperaturers in the upper teens to low 20's with some wind to fill your tracks.  O yeah, grandma Jill and I brought out the Drifters and surfed the powder.  With I-90 closed, we changed our plans.  We could tell that 90 was still closed as we departed due to all the truck traffic heading east.  Being 6'3", it takes more depth to enjoy knee deep powder and that's what we experienced in the open terrain.  The treed terrain was filling in but still needs more to bury the crust layer.   DaveP should be posting some video footage of the day.   ;D

Quite a fun/crazy day. It just got deeper and deeper as the day went on with over the head shots to be found in many places. Given all the snow during the day it made for about 25" in 24hrs. Winds came in hard in the afternoon, so we escaped to the trees for more fun and better visibility. Delayed and LONG drive back to Seattle, due to all the semis coming UP over Stevens, getting stuck and blocking access down the pass.
