Went up to Baker with the idea of touring to Herman Saddle, but it was absolutely nuking so we rode the lifts instead. Fabulous snow, 8-11-15 inches of powder that all fell below freezing.
Saw numerous natural and a few human-triggered soft slabs out of bounds. Didn't dig any pits, but the bond with the old crust doesn't appear to be very good.
