Lots of wind shut down the Gondy and Campbell (liftie said 65mph up top). Other than that it was a great day.', never waiting more than 10 mins for a lift. Snow was pretty soft and softened up nicely later in the day when some new started falling. toward the end of the day it got pretty wet and was rain when we got to the parking lot.

Yes indeed, good time had by all, nice soft groomers and soft bumps off piste.Hardly any traffic going South. Top of 6 is a bit boney again, the back traverse is very rocky. Patrol and ski school tried to scoop some snow in. How about snowmaking up there. It sure worked for Green Valley. Big props to Crystal for lift line management. Amazing how folks will line up in 6s when so directed. Patrol was at the top of every lift today, clearing the carnage. Quote of the day by 'boarder who took out 2 of his buddies and 2 skiers at top of Chunook "this ?>*& ramp is too slick" Patroler who was picking up the pieces "we do offer lessons" Had to give up my B-lot spot for a couple of days, time to resupply, dump the icky and rest up, way too much fun.

Lapped Northway all day with zero lift lines.  Logged 22k vert before the weather closed in.  It was wild up top after the front arrived.  The fresh snow up top accumulated quickly and made for some good turns.  Down below at the base it was plain nasty.  Overall a good day!
