Soft 1/2" mush on the groomers, 2" mush off them. Gray skies, good visibility, no precipitation until afternoon, then light snow followed by light mixed rain and snow.
Silver fir was similar; fast and fun--butter cream frosting. I was making tele turns with a great ski buddy, in town from Pennsylvania. Icing on the cake, and then later, a bit of powder sugar fell from above. I'd say it was a sweet day!
