Last night I would have guessed that Baker was going to be the place to be today but it looked like Crystal got more snow so we headed there.
True to the snow report, there was 1" at the base, and 5" up top. The catch was that the 5" was really only at the top of the mountain. Halfway down REX the 5" turned to 1". And unfortunately the 5" was pretty crusty.
Not much in the way of lift lines and there was definitely lots of fresh lines to be had off of Northway at the top, it just got dicey half way down.
Around 2 it started to get pretty cold, then when we left at 3ish the snow was starting to come down hard.
Hopefully we get some more snow these next few days!
