December 2, 2011, Alpental opening day

Soft 4" on top of old hard rain crust, upper International very pleasant, lower International had some nasty ice chunks hidden by the soft fresh.  Face shot into that ice was harsh.  Soft groomers at Central in the afternoon were fun and heroic.

Gonna assume this is a 22nd day of December report Silas? Marcus how good are you at changing titles on new reports? I imagine very good!

No, just a tr I forgot to post earlier and wanted to save for future years to remind me when and what opening day was like for 2011-12.  Thanks.
