Big day, big crowds, big screwed up lifts, big lift lines before noon, big new light deep snow, big blue skies in the afternoon. Snow coverage is pretty great everywhere I was today. Front side of REX got sun baked today – even without nasty weather tomorrow it will start pretty firm. Most everything in bounds opened today from HC to Northway (didn’t go out NW – it opened pretty late for my old muscles). Parking lots were full (except for the typical Pay lot wasted space) all the way down to most of E lot. Gondy had some pretty good lines till we left at 3pm. Great day even with the crowd, REX having more than its share of problems, bad lift line set up on all the lifts….but still a very fun day. Pretty typical for Crystal. ddk
