Drove into the empty parking lot this morning in the middle of a pretty good snow storm, cold, windy, grey foggy up top…the first ride up in the bucket was pretty nice this morning. Grooming was winter nice again early, and fortunately the clouds parted on HC and PB was looking really big – lapped the center four times during the 9am hour, which was just long enough for the front side of REX to turn to nice deep soft mush. More skier traffic would have helped but it was still nice. Lots of people were doing the King and making it look really really sweet. Tomorrow looks to be the last day for HC based on what I heard…the King party should be big. No lift lines today, but B lot was about half full, so it must have been a pretty good crowd. ddk
