Didn't have time to post this last week before heading up to Whistler for the kids spring break.
Two incredible spring powder days at Stevens. The first day (4/5) they received 22" of new in 24hrs. Some wind affected snow at the top, but once you got into protected areas, it was REALLY DEEP and constant face or over the head shots.. The video really gives the best perspective.
Day two (4/6), there was another 10" of new, making 32" in 48hrs. The snow from the previous day had consolidated a bit so it wasn't as deep, but still made for some great powder turns. The sun came out mid-day which started to change the snow consistency and then we headed to north facing slopes.
