Heard something on the 5am report…clear skies and the possibility of maybe a part day in the blue bird sun…sounded good…but reality was white out fog on parts of the mountain early but luckily it did not last and vis improved, most of the day had a high cloud cover with some filtered sun breaks. Skied mostly north facing slopes. Throne area, PB, GV and ElkSnort. Big things opened today, both North and South. Did not go out either direction, but second hand report said North was nice and from what I could see of the King it looked very nice also. Very light crowd even for the end of the season. Saw some of the Schlittentag show, pretty entertaining, some really good ones. Think tomorrow is a day off for me. ddk
