It was snowing in Leavenworth when we headed up the Pass. The short drive (compared to 3 hours from Kitsap County) put us on the lifts just before 9 for a morning of some of the lightest snow I've ever had at Stevens. They had about 9" fresh over the grooming of the evening before, and it was past knee-deep on everything steep. Very empty, with bigger lift lines on 7th than on Hogs.

It got heavier as the day went on, but we were still leaving fresh tracks after 3 PM. The upper climb up Cowboy from 7th was closed all day.
